Meet Founder Tiffany & daughter Daijah
Tiffany Jackson is on a mission to provide Autism Awareness and solutions for children and parents dealing with Autism. On November 30, 2015. Tiffany’s world was forever changed by her daughter Daijah Jackson being diagnosed with Autism Spectrum disorder. Being unfamiliar with the processes and protocol to handle raising a child with Autism, Tiffany understands the struggles that many other autism families face daily. In November 2021, Tiffany founded Change the World For You. Change the World for You is a 501c3 nonprofit organization inspired by Daijah Jackson. The organization was created to assist the Autism community in awareness of the need to support children with Autism by implementing programs and support to help them to live quality daily lives. There are so many variables and challenges such as educational awareness, financial support, and emotional guidance. Although, Change the World for You is in its beginning stages, we have raised funds to send autistic children to summer camp, and provide school and personal supplies to several families for the remainder of the year. Tiffany and CTW4YOU goals for the future is to Expand services to individuals living on the autism spectrum by coordinating services across disciplines and agencies and encouraging the spread of expertise in this area.


Meet Daijah
My name is Daijah Jackson
Daijah Jackson, affectionately known as “Daisi,” is a vibrant 13-year-old with a passion for culinary exploration. Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder on November 30, 2015, Daijah has inspired her mother, Tiffany Jackson, to establish “Dining with Daisi,” a program under the nonprofit organization Change The World For You (CTW4YOU).
Through “Dining with Daisi,” Daijah embarks on delightful food adventures, trying new recipes and sharing her experiences. Her journey encourages other children, especially those on the spectrum, to embrace new flavors and enjoy the art of cooking.
Daijah’s enthusiasm and courage in trying new foods serve as an inspiration, reminding us that with support and curiosity, every meal can become a joyful adventure.


Dining With Daisi
Daijah “Daisi” Jackson is a vibrant 13-year-old who inspires many within the autism community. Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in 2015, Daisi has embraced her unique perspective, turning challenges into opportunities for growth. Culinary Adventures: “Dining with Daisi” Daisi’s passion for exploring new flavors led to the creation of “Dining with Daisi,” a culinary initiative encouraging children, especially those on the spectrum, to discover the joys of cooking and tasting diverse cuisines. Through engaging recipes and sensory-friendly cooking tips, Daisi inspires others to embark on their own food adventures. Authoring Her Journey: “Bites of Delight” and “First Flow: Let’s Go” Daisi’s experiences are captured in two forthcoming books:• “Bites of Delight”: This cookbook showcases Daisi’s favorite recipes, each accompanied by personal anecdotes and tips for making cooking accessible and enjoyable for all children.• “First Flow: Let’s Go”: In this guide, Daisi shares her insights on navigating puberty as a young girl on the spectrum, offering relatable advice and comfort to those embarking on similar journeys. Through her endeavors, Daisi continues to be a beacon of resilience and creativity, inspiring others to embrace their unique paths and find joy in everyday experiences.

Deborah Crowley
Deborah Crowley is a powerhouse in business strategy and entrepreneurship, dedicated to helping individuals and business owners gain access to justice through legal services and identity theft protection. As an Ambassador for Ladies of Justice, she is passionate about educating and empowering others with the resources they need to protect their businesses and personal lives.
With a dynamic career spanning multiple industries, Deborah has founded and led several successful ventures, including Crowley & Associates, where she excels as a business strategist, guiding entrepreneurs in building and scaling their businesses. Former owner of Exclusive Cleaning Services, with 17 years of service and employing over three hundred employees in her tenure. She sold her company in December 2024 to concentrate on her other aspiring companies supporting the community.
Her commitment to community impact is evident through her role as the CEO and Founder of the Exclusive Elderly Resource Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of the aging/seniors by providing vital resources and daily living assistance.
Recognized for her philanthropic efforts, Deborah has raised over $100,000 for various charities and continues to champion initiatives that uplift communities. She serves as the Michigan State Chair for the USA Business Networking Wing of G100 Oneness and Wisdom. Her leadership extends to numerous organizations, including:

In addition to her business acumen and advocacy, Deborah is an accomplished author, having co-authored Divine Feminine and JOY365, inspiring women to embrace their power and purpose. Now this book is the new book "Guide to opening a cleaning company".
Above all, Deborah is a devoted mother to her two sons, Terrell and Devon Wallace, and a proud grandmother to Braylen, Wes Wallace, and a little girl on the way. Her unwavering commitment to entrepreneurship, empowerment, and service continues to make a lasting impact on those she touches.

Crystal Washington
Crystal Washington is a valued board member of Change The World For You (CTW4YOU), having played a pivotal role in assisting Tiffany Jackson with the foundational processes of establishing the nonprofit organization. Crystal Washington, a mother of three, has been in the IT field for 20+ years and currently serves as a certified Sr IT Project Manager and Contracting Office Representative for the federal government. Birthed with a strong passion and purpose for helping others, her entrepreneurial spirit has birthed multiple businesses in essential oils and natural remedies, travel services, the formation and funding of small businesses and nonprofit organizations and, most recently, partnerships with her teenage son and daughter for photography and model management. In her commitment to the community, she founded the 501c3 youth organization—SOAR SWIM & STEM—and serves as VP for Change the World 4 You as well as President for the Martin Luther King Jr Sr High School PTSA. Crystal’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident through her involvement in several successful business ventures, reflecting her dedication and hard-working nature.

Kendahl Brown
Kendahl Brown serves as a dedicated board member of Change The World For You (CTW4YOU). Currently pursuing a nursing degree at Wayne State University, she balances her studies with her role as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Kendahl plays a crucial role in CTW4YOU’s marketing initiatives and collaborates closely with founder Tiffany Jackson on major projects and events, contributing significantly to the organization’s mission.
